Bounced email invitation notice in the add user dashboard when trying to send invites

The email invitation(s) you sent could not be delivered. Most likely, your organization's email filter is bouncing the invitations

If our system detects five or more emails in a row being bounced, the email system on our server for your domain will be shut down until you correct the issue. The problem may be emails are being blocked or simply invalid email addresses. Once you resolve the issue click "retry" to send emails.

You will receive a notice on the screen at the time of occurrence and an email notification will also be sent to the person that added the email addresses into the invitation table. 

The onscreen notification and email will state the following:  

Snap&Read
The email invitation(s) you sent could not be delivered. Most likely, your organization's email filter is bouncing the invitations. Please whitelist confirm@account.snapandread.com. Once whitelisted, please log into the tool and click "retry" in the message at the bottom of the screen and the email invitations will be sent automatically. We appreciate your prompt attention and hope you continue to enjoy Snap&Read Universal. If you need assistance, feel free to email us at support@donjohnston.com.
