Examples of your Don Johnston Chrome Extension/App not working properly:

"Whoops, Something Went wrong" message when you go to log in.
No voices in the speak drop down on the options page.
The extension does not appear after you login to it.
You do not see all the options on the options page.

Troubleshooting tips:

Refresh the web tab you are using the Extension/Tool on.

Login and out of the Extension/Tool.

Clear your chrome browsers history/cache.

Check to see if your Chrome browser/OS  is up to date or if it is waiting for a restart/relaunch to finish an update.

Check to make sure your Extension/App is up to date.

Uninstall and reinstall the Extensions/App.
