Steps to use the Snap&Read Translate tool in the Safari browser on an iOS device:

1. Navigate to the webpage you would like to translate.

2. Open the Snap&Read tool bar on the webpage.

3. Select the text you would like translated. 

4. Tap on the Translate tool icon on the Snap&Read tool bar.

(You can turn the Translate tool off by taping on the Text Level icon a second time)
