The Snap&Read iOS app uses the iOS devices default files app. Files are stored locally on the device or drive you have set up through the iOS files app.

You would rename and delete/remove files using the iOS files app.

Steps:
​
Tap on the iOS devices file app.
Navigate to the location the file is stored in.
Long touch the file.
​
A window will open with options.
Tap on rename to rename the file.

​
Tap on the trash can to delete the file.
​
​
