How do I change my credit card payment on Co:Writer, Snap and Read, or Word Bank Universal?

Consumer subscriptions for Universal products require a credit card for monthly charges. Who has access to see the credit card information?

Attempting to leave the credit card area blank results in "jwt" error or does not allow me to quit out of the manage subscription page.
