I am canceling my subscription but it won't let me remove my credit card. Why can't I remove the credit card information?
I am canceling my subscription but it won't let me remove my credit card. Why can't I remove the credit card information?

Attempting to leave the credit card area blank results in "jwt" error or does not allow me to quit out of the manage subscription page.

The account and information are set up through the Stripe credit card processing company. This is your account through stripe we do not have access to your credit card information or access to remove a credit card.  

The only way Don Johnston can remove your credit card from Stripe is by manually removing your entire account from the Universal product system.  

Important Note* Once we remove the account you will not be able to set up or access any of our tools with that account.   So.... please check to make sure that you are not using another one of our tools as you will no longer have access to it.  

If you do not have any other accounts or products and want your card removed,  
You must email us at support@donjohnston.com from the email address associated with the account so we can verify you are the owner of the account.
