How do I save an annotated PDF in the Snap&Read iOS PDF annotator?

Where are my PDF's saved that I open in the Snap&Read iOS PDF annotator.

PDF's opened in the Snap&Read iOS PDF annotator are stored by default in the Snap&Read folder on the device. None of the documents are stored by Don Johnston in the cloud.*

*PDFs are saved locally on the device by default and do not sync between devices.
