If you are getting an OCR Error when using the OCR tool in the Snap&Read iOS PDF annotator.  Your device may be offline or the OCR tool may be getting blocked or your IT may not have  ocr.donjohnston.net whitlisted

Check and make sure your device is online. 

If you are online and are still getting the error.

Have your IT add the following URL to the whitelist:  ocr.donjohnston.net
