Google admins can add the kiosk app from the Google Admin console.

In the Google Admin console:
Go to: Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Kiosks.
(To apply the setting to all devices, leave the top organizational unit selected. Otherwise, select a child organizational unit.)
Click Add (Yellow circle with plus sign)

Click on add from Chrome Web Store.
In the View by app by ID text field enter: lahlmdogjpblkonckkgbljegkiijjbag
Click on Enter.
Click on Select.
If prompted, accept the app permissions on behalf of your organization.
In the panel on the right, set the app and extension policies.
Click Save.

When the student turns on their device they will then see an apps button to the right of shutdown. The student would click on the button and select Co:Writer from the list.

*Chromebooks must be enrolled in your Google admin console to use kiosk mode .
