Setting up staff using standard email "non-Google/non Microsoft", the user will need to be able to receive an email to verify their identity.

Email must be whitelisted for the product(s) confirmation email addresses: Readtopia for staff: <a href="mailto:confirm@account.myreadtopia.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">confirm@account.myreadtopia.com</a>

When creating an account and you do not use Google or Microsoft you will see a message that an email is sent for you to verify it's you.

Whitelist external email for staff using email for accounts.
