Third party keyboards (Co:Writer Universal iOS keyboard) do not have access to the dictate function on iOS devices.
There is no speaker icon on the Co:Writer Universal iOS keyboard.
I do not see a speech to text option on the Co:Writer Universal iOS keyboard.
