The manage subscription screen won't update with my new credit card information.

Trying to update credit card information under manage subscription but the page just goes back to the original card information.

You may have timed out of your connection in the manage subscription area.
This can result in getting a "jwt" error message or the screen just won't update. 

Things to try:
Log out of the Universal products page, quit the web browser, relaunch and try again.
Log out and try using a different web browser and/or computer.
