You cannot apply a Clinician Code to a Parent Account.

When you login to the Don Johnston tools website and the only options you see under the tools logo are to Add Child and Manage Subscription then you have created a Parent Account.


If the trial is expired and you are prompted for payment and it says, "You've completed your 14 day trial" then you have created a Parent Account and the trial has ended. Clinician Codes cannot be applied to Parent Accounts.
