You cannot apply a Clinician Code to an Individual Account..
When you login to the Don Johnston tools Website and the only option you see under the tools logo is to Manage Subscription then you have created an Individual Account.
If the trial is expired and you are prompted for payment and it says, "You've completed your 7 day trial" then you have created an Individual Account and the trial has ended. Clinician Codes cannot be applied to Individual Accounts.
